Is my customer data secure?
Yes. Customer name, address, and phone number are never auto-read from your shop software, and our Acceptable Use Policy asks you not to type them into the Service. Vehicle identifiers (VIN, license plate, mileage, service records) are read from your shop software and treated as personal information per our Privacy Policy. Vehicle data is temporarily cached for performance and automatically expires after 48 hours; vehicle history data obtained from third-party providers is deleted even sooner, within 24 hours. All data is stored in secure, access-controlled cloud data centers, and our backend infrastructure runs on providers that maintain SOC 2 compliance. Our Privacy Policy states where data is hosted.
What happens after the free trial?
Every new shop comes with a 30-day free trial: buffer to onboard your team and ramp up usage. After the trial, monthly billing starts at $100/month per shop. You can cancel anytime during the trial with no charge. If you cancel after, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Do I need a credit card to start?
Yes. You'll add an enterprise backup card during setup so your shops have payment on file from day one. You can still override the card per-shop or let each shop manager enter their own, but a backup is required to keep billing reliable across locations.
Can I run more than one shop?
Yes. Every account is an enterprise: start with one shop now, add more as you grow at $100/month each. One admin login, optional backup card shared across shops, and cross-shop analytics.
